Will it work if I sleep on my side?
Yes. The raised wings on each side are taller than the centre well specifically to fill the gap between your ear and shoulder when you are on your side. Back sleepers use the lower centre channel. Stomach sleepers are the one group we do not recommend it for.
How long until it feels comfortable?
Give it three nights. Memory foam feels firm at first and needs a few sleeps to break in and mold to your neck. Most people tell us night three is when it clicks. You have 30 nights to decide either way.

How do I clean it?
Unzip the quilted cover and machine wash it cold, tumble dry low. Never wash the memory foam core itself. Spot clean it and let it air dry fully before putting the cover back on.
Does it come in different colors?
Black, white and grey. Same foam core and same contour in all three, so pick whichever suits your bedroom.
